Mango Lassi: An East Indian Yogurt Drink / Treat

6 oz. container soy yogurt (plain)
1 cup fresh mango (or frozen)
1 cup ice water
1 tb. agave or organic sweetener

1. Puree all in blender. Yum.
2. Adjust thickness by adding more mango or yogurt (thick) or more ice water (thin).
3. Adjust sweetness to your taste
