Monday: GRILL AND CHILL SALAD - Chopped grilled veggies, romaine, corn, green onion, and grilled seitan tossed with balsamic vinaigrette. Garnished with French fry croutons and Ranch dressing. $9.50

Tuesday: THE TWISTER - Sliced crispy save the chicken, tomato, cucumber, red onion, and chipotle sauce. Served with edamame. $8.50

Wednesday: ITALIANO NACHOS - Crostini bites topped with white beans, steamed greens, pomodoro, vegan mozzarella and peperoncini. $8.75

Thursday: ASIAN RICE SALAD - Brown and jasmine rice, red bell peppers, green onions, carrot, cucumber, pine nuts and sugar snap peas, tossed with light Asian Vinaigrette over salad greens. Garnished with cilantro, toasted sesame seeds and blackened tempeh. $9.50

Friday: GREEK TREAT - Tossed Greek Salad (salad greens, tomato, cucumber, onion, tofu feta, red bell peppers with lemon olive oil dressing) topped with Lemon Save the Chicken skewers. Served with hummus and grilled pita. $11.50

Saturday: CHICKEN FRIED STEAK PLATE - Southern seitan steaks, mashed potatoes and seared kale with garlic. Yes, it comes with gravy baby! “Come on food” at its best! $12.95

Sunday: FELINI’S DREAM - Mixed lettuces tossed lightly with balsamic vinaigrette and organic whole wheat rigatoni, artichoke hearts, capers, sundried tomatoes, and Kalamata olives. Garnished with pine nuts, blackened tempeh and pesto toastettes. $11.50
